The SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) energy upgrade grant scheme is a government-backed initiative aimed at helping homeowners to reduce their energy consumption and carbon footprint. The scheme provides financial support for various energy efficiency improvements and renewable energy installations.

1. Complete home energy upgrade

- Fully managed by a registered ‘One Stop Shop’ provider
- Grant deducted from cost of works up front.

The overall purpose of these grants is to reduce Ireland's carbon emissions and is a key part of Ireland's efforts to transition to a low-carbon economy and to meet its commitments under international climate agreements.
Homeowners apply for these grants directly through the SEAI website, www.seai.ie. Its important to note that, depending on the type of grant, the application may require quotations from registered contractors as well as other supporting documents.
