Digital Services Act

In accordance with the EU's Digital Services Act, MyHome.ie is obliged to report on the average number of monthly active recipients across the EU every six months.

Between 1 July and 31 December 2024, MyHome.ie's average number of monthly active recipients was 938,000. This number is made up of people visiting the website as well as estate agents and advertisers that MyHome.ie works with.

Please note the figure does not exclude the following:
- non-EU based visitors to MyHome.ie
- Visits by the same user using a different device. For example, a user accessing MyHome.ie's website both via a computer and the MyHome.ie app would be counted twice

In the event that you wish to report any content which appears on MyHome.ie that you consider to be illegal content under the Digital Services Act or breach of our terms and conditions please contact us at dataprotection@myhome.ie and we will consider the complaint.

Out-of-court disputes
If MyHome.ie deletes any of your content from this website or suspends or limits your access to its services, you have six months in which to register a complaint. If MyHome.ie does not reverse its decision you may make use of a certified out-of-court dispute body.
