A total of 106 properties will go under the hammer at today’s Allsop Space auction in the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin.
One of the highlights of the auction, the second to be held this year, will be the same of an unfinished housing estate in Cavan, which has a reserve not to exceed €40,000. This lot includes three houses on four acres of land with planning permission for further development.
Other highlights are expected to include the sale of Weir’s Pub in Dun Laoghaire (reserve of €450,000), Shortt’s Bar and Crystal Nightclub in Waterford (reserve of €495,000), The Bank Pub in Limerick (reserve of €395,000), a former car showroom in the Cookstown Industrial Estate in Tallaght (reserve of €500,000) and a 43 room hotel on two acres in Killarney (reserve of €515,000).
While Allsop’s Gary Murphy has been conducting the show since the first Allsop Space auction last year, this time around Fermanagh woman Daphne Mahon will wield the gaval.
