Allsop Space appeal for properties for next auction

Allsop Space appeal for properties for next auction

Allsop Space are now accepting entries for their second auction of the year on Wednesday 2

nd May.

Earlier this month, 88 lots were sold at their first auction of 2012 in the Shelbourne Hotel, reflecting a success rate of 95% and raising €12.6 million.

Since hosting their first auction last year, Allsop Space have sold 403 lots and raised approximately €65 million, with an average success rate of 93%. That equates to €45.5 million from residential sales, €17.3 million from commercial sales and €2.2 million from sales of land.

Of the sales figure, €56.2 million has come in from domestic buyers with €8.8 million from foreign buyers.

People have until Wednesday March 28th to register their interest in putting a lot forward for auction. Anyone interested in doing so should contact Jonathan Feen or Daphne Mahon at info@allsopspace.ie.

Further auctions are also scheduled to be held in July, September and December of this year.
