Auctioneers Allsop Space will put 112 properties under the hammer at its final sale of the year in the Shelbourne Hotel on Wednesday November 30th.
A house in Rathgar with a reserve price of €420,000 will be amongst the properties expected to attract the most interest.
In total, 99 of the properties are residential while the remaining 13 are commercial.
The residential properties can be viewed on MyHome.ie here while the commercial properties are available for viewing here.
As well as the forthcoming auction at the end of the month, Allsop Space have also committed to five auctions in 2012, the first of which will take place in March.
For the year to date, the company have sold 214 out of 231 lots, raising a total of €40 million in the process.
The Allsop Space auctions this year have attracted huge interest and company director Stephen McCarthy is confident that the forthcoming one on November 30th will pave the way for bigger and better events in 2012.
"The November auction will pave the way for 2012,” said Stephen.
“We plan to feature more lots at each individual auction next year. Whilst there were suggestions that our September auction was 'less successful' than the first two auctions, the figures speak for themselves. €10 million was realised, with the vast majority of lots successfully selling on the day.
“Over 80pc of those buying at auction are without bank finance which highlights that there are still plenty of investors in a position to invest in real estate in this country. Interestingly, almost a third of purchasers were owner occupiers, demonstrating that the current market is not just for the investor. These auctions can only help stimulate the market and encourage property transactions again."
The bumper November auction is to feature a mix of Dublin and countrywide residential and commercial properties.
The property mix is likely to appeal to all types of buyer, including first-time buyers, those trading up or down, and investors, both domestic and international, with a strong spread countrywide, it said.
