The biggest sale of the day was the €295,000 paid for a former convent in Dundalk – a sum that was €45,000 above its reserve.
It was one of six properties to sell above its reserve, with four of the others all units in the Wexford Road Business Park in Carlow and the other being the €68,000 paid for 163 Burnell Square in Dublin 17.
In the end though, the 10 sales was less than half of the 24 lots on offer with the sum total raised of €877,000 also less than half than the overall reserve amount of €1.83m.
