Newbay Country House to go under the hammer at the end of the month

The stunning Newbay Country House in Newbay, Co Wexford will be put up for auction at the end of the month with a guide price of €650,000.

The 11 bed residence is set on 16 acres of land outside Wexford town and features bars and function rooms, tennis courts and stunning gardens, which include five acres of forest natural trails and a gate lodge.

While Newbay Country House is a former hotel, auctioneer Michael O’Leary of Sherry FitzGerald O’Leary insists it could easily be restored to being a private home.

Sherry FitzGerald O’Leary are joint agents for the auction along with Property Partners John Cornish.

The auction of the property will take place on Wednesday May 30^th.
