Munster Property Auction seeking entries for May 7th event

The auction will offer a large selection of properties in Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Tipperary and elsewhere in Munster. The company are the only auction provider in Ireland who do not charge admission or marketing fees to enter their auctions, making it very appealing to property owners to sell through this service. Furthermore the company also offer online auctions and have a system where all bids are made visible on their website munsterpropertyauction.ie, making the bidding process easy and transparent for all parties.

The Munster Property Auction is a partnership of auctioneers from across the province offering residential, commercial and agricultural properties for sale by auction.

Patrick Folan from The Munster Property Auction says: “Working in close partnership with over a dozen established auctioneering firms, we ensure the property is advertised and promoted in all the appropriate newspapers, websites and property portals to ensure we find buyers for each property.”

The Munster Property Auction is inviting owners who are looking to sell their property without any upfront costs to contact the auction team and arrange for a free property valuation. Before any property comes to the market, the auction team will agree a minimum reserve figure with the vendor - giving the property owner total control over their minimum walkaway figure. Bidding can continue past the reserve price until the highest bidder has secured the property, meaning the property owner will walk away with fair market value for their property.

Contact the Munster Property Auction on 021-2349696 for more details of their upcoming auction or to arrange for a free valuation. The next auction on May 7th will begin at 7pm and registration starts at 6.30pm.
