A Co Kerry hotel has been placed on the market with a price tag of €3m.
Upon the instruction of receiver David Carson of Deloitte, Savills have been appointed to sell the Quality Hotel & Suites on the N22 Cork – Killarney Road just off the Park Road Roundabout.
The 188 bedroom hotel, which is trading profitably, has been successfully managed by BDL Hotels since October last year.
The hotel which employs 80 people throughout the year, lies on a seven acre site, and comprises a leisure centre with pool and gym, two bars, a restaurant, amenities for children, and a car park for 250 vehicles.
