Investment opportunities at Galway auction

Galway-based estate agents O’Donnellan and Joyce will place 46 properties under the hammer in an all-day auction on Friday May 9th at the Harbour Hotel. A number of investment properties, commercial properties, and land will be on offer in the morning session, with 25 private homes to be auctioned in the afternoon.

The morning session will offer some excellent opportunities for investors to acquire properties throughout the city, county, and western region at very attractive prices.

According to Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan and Joyce auctioneers, investors have returned to the market in force with the knowledge that anyone buying property between now and the end of the year and holding it for a period of seven years will pay no capital gains tax. This enormous financial benefit has stimulated the return of investors to acquire worthwhile investment properties.

You can view the properties set to go under the hammer here.
