Dempsey takes over Savills' country houses, farm and development land department

Savills have appointed Loman Dempsey as head of its country houses, farms and regional development land department.

Loman has over 25 years’ experience on the business and joins Savills from Meath firm Raymond Potterton Co, which he co-founded in 1991.

In his career, Mr Dempsey has also worked for UK firm Winkworth in the late 1980s and Gunne Estates in the early ‘Nineties.

Meanwhile, former Savills employee Mary Burke has joined King & Associates as an associate.

She specializes in sales in her native area of Clontarf and the Raheny, Sutton and Howth areas.
