Now trading under the Beirne & Wise name, Terry will be joined at the firm's second office at 12A Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock by Wade Wise and Jacqui Tallon.

Beirne & Wise's other office is in Leeson Street, Dublin.

Terry Halpenny has been operating in Blackrock for 35 years and had offices on the Main Street from which he sold many houses in south county Dublin.
