The second Irish Allsop Space Auction yesterday didn't bring in the crowds or the media hype seen at the April 15th auction but the Shelbourne still had a packed auction room albeit with a bit more breathing space this time round. Out of the 87 lots that were up for auction yesterday, 77 were sold, the majority of the which sold over their reserve price, 5 were withdrawn and 5 unsold. The combined total of the all the properties sold yesterday came in at just under €16 million.
