With summer now in full flight, it is very much concert season with hundreds and thousands of music fans either having already attended gigs or festivals in recent weeks and many more about to in the weeks ahead.
Ireland has always had a great musical tradition with several acts commenting down through the years how audiences here are better than anywhere else in the world.
With that in mind, we decided to look at five songs about places across Ireland and pick out some fine properties for sale in each of them.
Check them out below…
Teach na Carraige, Ballykilty, Killeagh, Co Cork

- Type: 5 bed detached house
- Agent: Hegarty Properties
- Asking price: €550,000
The woods of Glenbower and the River Dissour are now common names thanks to Kinfishr’s huge hit ‘Killeagh’ which honours the local hurling club just a short distance away from this fantastic home. You could be togging out for or cheering on the side at the Páirc Úi Chinnéide yourself if you buy this 5 bed beauty.

The Pines, Gloves Middle, Athenry, Co Galway

- Type: 6 bed detached house
- Agent: Fee Savers
- Asking price: €495,000
The Fields of Athenry is almost like an Irish national anthem with hundreds of different versions recorded by a range of artists down through the years. It also remains popular at sporting events. You could be exploring the fields yourself if you fancy the look of ‘The Pines’.

You could be residing there also if you like the look of ‘The Mount’.
