The Leaving Cert results are out and with the first round of CAO offers to follow on Wednesday, for many youngsters it is time to start thinking about their third level education.
While it will be next week before offers to attend ITs, colleges and universities are extended, the journey to take the next step in their education is already underway.
One of the biggest challenges many families face at this time of year is finding rental accommodation close to their college of choice.
