One of the desired criteria when searching for a home is that it and its surroundings are clean so this week we’re looking at homes in some of the cleanest towns in Ireland.

Recently Irish Business Against Litter produced its updated table on the cleanest towns and cities nationally with Sligo coming out on top, overtaking Naas in the process.

Thankfully no area was judged to be “seriously littered” with huge progress reported on the whole.

So in honour of Sligo, Leixlip, Westport, Monaghan and Tullamore being judged as the five cleanest towns in Ireland, we’ve selected one of the best homes currently on the market in each.
