Well known Dublin estate agent Felicity Fox passes away

Well known Dublin estate agent Felicity Fox passes away

The death has occurred of well known Dublin estate agent Felicity Fox, aged 49.

A graduate of Bolton Street, Felicity started working in a small property agency in Clanbrassil Street in Dublin 8 in the 1980s before moving on to Douglas Newman Good.

After being promoted to the position of manager of the firm’s city centre branch, she dealt with countless sales in areas such as Portobello, South Circular Road, Ranelagh, Rathmines, Harold’s Cross and the Liberties.

In 2002 Felicity established her own boutique agency in St Andrew’s Street.

Felicity passed away on Friday in the loving care of the medical staff at St Vincent’s Private Hospital.

Born in Belfast and reared in Bundoran, Fox married DNG founder Edmund Douglas in 2005. She is survived by her husband, mother Mai and two older brothers, Paul and Michael, as well as nieces and nephews Emma, Rebecca and David, sister-in-law Joanne, her aunt and uncles, extended family, many friends and Edmund’s sons Donald and David.

She was predeceased by her father Gerry.

Her removal will take place on Tuesday morning to arrive at the Church of Our Lady of Peace, Merrion Road, Dublin 4 at 11.50am followed by Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Cremation will take place afterwards in Mount Jerome Crematorium.

There will be a Mass for Felicity in the ‘Star of The Sea Church’, Bundoran, on Saturday 20th at 12 noon. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Cancer Clinical Research Trust c/o Dept. of Medical Oncology, St Vincent’s Dublin 4.
