Waterford Property Watch Live taking place this Wednesday

For those interested in property in the South East, Waterford Property Watch Live is the place to be this Wednesday.
The property sales event is hosted by property sales, letting and management experts Liberty Blue Estate Agents and runs from 5.30pm to 7pm on the day at the Boxworks at 40 Patrick Street, Waterford.
Owner of Liberty Blue Estate Agents and property specialist Regina Mangan will share insights on current trends in the local market and a panel of leading experts will advise on all the crucial elements you need to know about if you are thinking of selling your home.
Light refreshments will be served.
Tickets are free but please note that this event is limited to 50 guests so you're advised to register in advance here.
On the night a selected panel of experts will share industry insights and tips that will help attendees to sell their property in less time and for more money.
Speakers include:

  • Breffnie O’Kelly – Dublin based Buyer’s Broker. Breffni’s experience is invaluable. What attracts the right buyers? How can you affect the buyers thinking and get them over the line to make an offer? How can you maximise that offer? What puts buyers off and sends them running scared?
  • Paul Murran – Solicitor with Peter O’Connor & Son in Waterford. Paul has extensive experience in property conveyancing. He knows how small actions to prepare well for a sale will speed up the process, save money and avoid fall-throughs and he is going to let attendees know too.
  • Nina Kati – Ireland’s leading authentic feng shui specialist. Nina’s work seriously transforms spaces to create positive effects. Practical advice and tips that will create the right perception for buyers – maximizing interest and offer prices.
  • Regina Mangan – founder of Waterford property sales and letting firm Liberty Blue Estate Agents. Regina has blazed a hot trail since entering the property sales market. She will share insights on current trends in the local market and how to leverage them.
