Two Dublin pubs on the market

Russells, a pub in the Dublin suburb of Ranelagh, is being put up for sale for €1.75 million.

CBRE is handling the sale of the pub on the instruction of Eamonn Richardson and Kieran Wallace of KPMG who are joint receivers of Dublin Taverns Limited.

The corner premises was reconstructed around a decade ago.

CBRE have also confirmed that one of the capital’s best known pubs, Larry Murphy’s on Lower Baggot Street, is up for sale with a guide price in excess of €1 million. The pub includes a traditional-style ground floor bar, a basement lounge and upper floor offices which have two separate own-door access points from Baggot Street and Fitzwilliam Street. The top floor offices are let and the tenant is not affected.
