Thousands of calls to Revenue ahead of property tax deadline

Around 15,000 people called the Revenue Commissioners yesterday seeking help in filing their property tax returns.

The calls came as the countdown to tomorrow’s deadline to declare a payment method for next year’s tax looms.

The calls were made between 8am and 5pm with thousands more calls expected today and tomorrow before the deadline.

Anyone who needs to contact the Revenue Commissioners can do so at 1890 200 255.
