The numbers to call if you need a mortgage payment holiday due to Covid-19

Due to the unprecedented situation we find ourselves in with Covid-19 you, your partner or a family member may have temporarily lost their job.
This can be a scary experience for many with bills such as mortgages to be paid.
While full details on income supports are set to be revealed soon, you can apply to your lender to take a mortgage payment holiday.
This will ease the pressure on you as we comply with Government guidelines around social distancing.
Here MyHome.ie has put together a few helpful links and phone numbers for you to contact your lender to arrange a three month repayment break.

AIB

Online forms for personal loan or mortgage customers can be found here.

Bank of Ireland

For mortgage payment breaks go to boi.com/paymentbreak or call 01 611 3333 (lines open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)
For personal loan payment breaks call 1850 222 200 or 01 488 2019 (lines open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

Ulster Bank

For mortgage payment holidays only call 1800 435 763 and +353 1709 2118 from outside Ireland
For loan payment holidays only call 1850 201 210 and +44 2890 538 702 from outside Ireland

Permanent TSB

For mortgage loan payment holidays call 1800 855 010 or + 353 21 601 3800 from outside Ireland (lines open from 8.45am to 6pm Monday to Friday. The Open 24 Contact Centre can also be contacted by calling 0818 502 424 or +353 1212 4101 from abroad (8am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays).

KBC
