The 'money's no object' house choices of TY students

The Bank Holiday weekend is finally here and over the course of the weekend there’s a good chance many of us will play the lotto.
Tonight’s Euromillions jackpot is a massive €35 million while the National Lottery wouldn’t be too bad to win either at €7.5 million.
With that in mind we asked a group of transition year students from Skerries, Wicklow, Cavan and Dublin who were with us this week in MyHome.ie which properties they would buy if money were no object.
Unsurprisingly two of the groups opted for luxury villas in the sun but one group opted for the comfortable surrounds of Cavan.
Check out their picks below…

Cabopino, Costa del Sol, Málaga

  • Asking price: €1,190,000
  • Why this property?: "Stunning views, amazing location surrounded by an amazing range of facilities.”

La Quinta, Costa del Sol, Málaga

  • Asking price: €2,695,000
  • Why this property?: “Amazing view, pool for parties with my friends and a cinema room.”

Killeeter, Mullagh, Co Cavan

  • Asking price: €249,500
  • Why this property?: “A quaint Country home with a beautiful view of farms, farmland lakes and hills rolling on for miles. The price and loveable feels to the building make it my dream home.”
