Terenure home an example of how BER can be improved

Building Energy Ratings became a big factor in how people choose homes when they became a requirement in all property advertisements last year.

Since then countless homes have undergone assessments, with many people taking action to bring their ratings up.

The likes of 129 Mount Tallant Avenue in Terenure is a prime example. The two bed terraced home had an E1 energy rating but was able to improve this to a B3 following a refurbishment.
