The pair bought the property back in 1997 for the small sum of $550,000. In 2006 they decided they wanted to up and move and put the house on the market for €3.4million - a little more than they paid for it, and no surprises it didn't sell.
The story in brief is that Baldwin and his wife, Kennya, defaulted on paying $824,488.36 to a US mortgage holder, Bankers Trust Co. and now face losing their 1.4-acre acre home because they failed to cough up the cash.
Their property will go up for public auction on June 24th at Rockland County Court.
