Should I Sell Now?

Basically this answer comes down to two things: need & desire.

If you want to sell your property for reasons such as upgrading from a 3 bed to a 4 bed house, to have a bigger garden, etc. and worry about the sale of your home in the present market then maybe you should reconsider. If it is only a desire for you to move and not a necessity, putting it simply: if you don’t have to sell right now, don’t.

If you have a need to sell because you are relocating due to work, family purposes or want to down grade etc. all hope is not lost in a bid to sell you home in today’s market.
In order to get that quick sale, first and most importantly, get the price right. Setting a realistic selling price will make your house more competitive in today’s market. Second, have the right side of the house out when perspective buyers come calling.

Word on the street is there is activity out there and well presented houses with realistic selling prices which offer better value for money and affordability to buyers are selling much more easily.

For all who would like to sell you home but really don’t need to, then maybe think about waiting awhile for the market to pick up… which it will.
