ESTATE agents Sherry FitzGerald will be heading to London next month to showcase properties from all over Ireland.
The event, on February 4th, will see Sherry FitzGerald agents give UK purchasers an opportunity to meet estate agents from several of their offices around the country.
“There is a view in the UK that property in Ireland has never been better value,” said a spokesperson for Sherry FitzGerald.
“This year alone on our website we had almost 60,000 visits via 859 locations in the UK (37% from the greater London area alone). This accounted for 8% of site traffic in total.
“We see this as an opportunity to promote properties to a much wider audience. To a UK investor or even an Irish emigrant with dreams of returning home, Ireland is certainly an attractive place to buy property with prices now down nationally by 57.5%.
“While our agents receive regular enquiries from potential UK buyers this is literally bringing Irish property to their doorsteps. Many of our clients around the country recognise this and see it as an opportunity not to be missed.”
