‘Serious Price Cuts’ for Streamstown Wood Development

One of the Streamstown Wood Properties, Malahide, Dublin
I suppose you could call 62.5% a serious price cut. The Streamstown Wood houses, located just off the Malahide Road are now priced between €1.475 and €2.25 million, yes, this is after a 62.5% price cut (and a far cry from what my pay pack could ... afford.)

So now you are reading this and thinking, '€2.25million and a 62.5% price cut, what were they priced at before?'. The Streamstown Wood houses were originally priced between €5 and €6 million and failed to sell when first put on the market back in September of 2007 (I wonder why?).

Fair enough for your money you do get an exceptionally large and unique house, with Edwardian style and features, 5 / 6 bedrooms, a swimming pool if you wish and a private park which includes a formal Edwardian fruit garden among other things.

Viewings open this week (by appointment only) and take place this Saturday the 20th and next Saturday the 27th.
