Sell My Property Quick!

Sell My Property Quick!

Losing confidence in selling your house? Get back out there! Here are a few quick pointers to help you get punters knocking at your door and putting offers on the table.
  • Price: Earlier this month we dedicated a whole blog to it. The good old days of the property boom are gone. It is vital in today's market that you ... get the asking price of your property right.
  • Viewings: With so many properties up for sale, buyers now have an overload of property to choose from. With this in mind you should try to be flexible about viewing times (where possible!). You don't want to lose the potential sale of your house to another property!

And lastly,

  • Appearance: Remember the saying 'first impressions count'? Many prospective buyers will pass by your house before contacting the agent to book a viewing. If your garden is like a jungle and you house looks like it hasn't been painted since the 1960's more than likely you won't have many people stopping by to take a closer look.

If you house needs a lick of paint and the garden needs a bit of taming get it done in order to get that sale!
