The Wicklow home of top Irish actress Saoirse Ronan has been placed up for sale.
Pine Lodge in Greystones is an Edwardian-style detached house which boasts five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The asking price for the property, which is on the market via Galvin Property & Finance, is €1.5 million.
Golden Globe winner Ronan bought the luxurious property in 2017 for €1.4 million from economist Alan Gray.
The 25-year-old Carlow woman has not spent much time there due to her working commitments.
The lush home, located on the New Road, was built in the 1970s and sits on a 450 square metre piece of land which is filled with beautiful trees and a stunning garden.
The listing, put up by Galvin Property, reads: “The layout and finish will impress even the most particular and comes to the market ready for the new owners to move in, and invite their family and friends to ooh and aah.
“Entered through private wrought iron electronic gates along a sweeping tree lined driveway, your palatial new home awaits.
“There are manicured lawns surrounding the property with mature greenery and high walls creating a private setting for what is a magnificent family home.
“Details of design and construction suggest inspiration from the neighbouring Burnaby area and the arts and crafts movement.
“Those details externally include a beautiful west-facing veranda that runs almost the length of the front, the wooden sash windows and granite sills, the red-tiled roof, tall chimney stacks and filigree ridge tiles."
Describing the hallway, dining room and living room, the listing adds: "There are no shortage of features with stunning broad panel wooden floors salvaged and restored to add a hint of the old to a very modern living space.
"The dining room to the front of the house has three windows overlooking the front garden and two to the side all of which are complete with sash function and timber window surround / shutters.
"The living room to the rear is every bit as elegant and features a beautiful marble hearth and open fire place at its focal point."
The three-time Oscar nominee has put a lot of time and effort into the interior design of the extravagant house.
The kitchen is described as "where this house truly becomes a home with exquisite attention to detail allied with tasteful design".
While the bedrooms are "substantial" with en suite bathrooms in all but one of them.
The description continues: "The current owner has painstakingly designed and decorated this open plan room so to be practical, comfortable and aesthetically impressive all in equal measures.
"The kitchen is situated in the centre of the room around a large island complete with white marble counter top and hand painted baby blue kitchen units.
"As you ascend the elegant timber framed staircase upstairs, the first floor is home to five bedrooms - all of them substantial, with fitted wardrobes and four with full en suites.
"A really eye-catching feature, and an insight to the intellectual curiosity and appreciation of excellence that pervades the house, is the reading-room that forms part of the stairwell and first-floor landing."
"One of the bedrooms close to the master bedroom has been converted to a large walk in wardrobe with a luxurious en suite bathroom with separate shower comparable to a hotel suite in uptown New York."
Last year Ronan splashed out on a three-bedroom terraced house off Chepstow in Notting Hill in London for €1.5 million.
She spent her childhood living in Howth in north Dublin while her parents own an apartment in New York.
