The Late Late Show host told The Irish Times that he is selling 5 Brighton Avenue because it is simply too big.

He bought the property post auction two years ago from Avoca Handweavers’ Amanda Pratt for €1.15m, with the 240sqm (2,600sq ft) three bed house now back on the market for €1.275m through selling agent, Michael Turley.
