The premises on Dublin’s Grafton Street formerly occupied by HMV has been put on the rental market, with letting agents Savills quoting an annual rental rate of €1 million.
The four-storey building at 65-66 Grafton Street was vacated by the British entertainment chain after it withdrew from the Irish market in February.
At the time the company blamed competition from digital retailers and high rents, amongst other things, for the closure.
The building has a total floor space of 1,785.6 sqm, 550 sqm of which is designated as office space.
It is joint-owned by the Irish Property Unit Trust and Aviva.
