Rent in Style: The Elysian Tower Cork

Rent in Style: The Elysian Tower Cork

If, 8 months ago you couldn't afford a buy a piece of luxury living in the Elysian and still can"t, why not rent one 'like'? One, two or three bed apartments are now on offer to rent in the landmark tower with monthly rent prices inline ... with the capital.

The Elysian Tower opened its doors last September to all punters who had a spare bit of buying dosh to part with. On offer, right in the heart of Cork City, were 211 apartments 37 of which were penthouses! Prices ranged from €375,000 for a 1 bed apartment right up to €2million for the top end of the scale luxury. But if you couldn"t fork out the cash to buy one there and then fuss not, as now you can simply rent one instead!

Not only could you brag that you live Ireland"s tallest residential building, but you can also avail of the buildings concierge services, restaurant, crèche and gym on ground floor level. It also has much talked about podium gardens and an underground car park with 550 spaces (loads to go around if you have friends over!).

Curious? Take a look:

  • 2 bed
