Property Partners O'Brien Swaine have opened up a second branch in Dundrum

Estate agents Property Partners O’Brien Swaine have opened up a second branch in Main Street, Dundrum.

Operated by Paul O’Brien and David Swaine, who have over 25 years of experience in the real estate market between them, the firm was established in 2008 when the duo opened their first office in Clondalkin, West Dublin, having left managerial roles in Douglas Newman Good.

Commeting on the opening of the new office, David Swaine said: “Since 2008, our hard work, professionalism and enthusiasm has built us an extensive network of clients, which has encouraged us to expand to the Southside.

“We definitely feel there is positivity in the property market as of late and are sure that our professionalism and high quality service, together with competitive fees, will help us build our business further.
