Prime Time Special: Has the market “bottomed out”

A new report released from Standard and Poor’s (S&P) in the US this week has said that Ireland's property market crash is now over and the largest price drop contraction in Western Europe is now complete. However closer to home reports of actual house price drops are much greater than reported by S&P and that we still have a way to go before we call the “bottom”.

Angela Keegan MD of MyHome.ie and Stephen Kinsella, Economist from the University of Limerick joined Miriam O'Callaghan on last nights Prime Time to discuss the latest house price report.
