Philip Guckian joins Sherry FitzGerald

Philip Guckian has joined Sherry FitzGerald’s Country Homes, Farms and Estates team.

Based at Sherry FitzGerald’s head office in Ballsbridge his focus will be on providing a premier service to clients in this niche market sector. Philip, who has over eight years experience in property will be working closely with David Ashmore, who is Head of Country Homes, Farms and Estates and oversees the firm’s exclusive affiliation with Christies Real Estate International.

Hailing from County Meath, Philip is not stepping into the unknown having spent his formative working years in Sherry FitzGerald’s Dunshaughlin office under the guidance and tutelage of Padraig Sherry, whose practice is well regarded in the sale of farms, farmland and smaller country houses.

Philip holds a BSc in Property (DIT Bolton St), a BBs in Marketing (Institute of Technology, Tallaght), and is an associate member of the SCSI (Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland). He is a keen rugby man and racing enthusiast, with an interest in the countryside that permeates well beyond his new role.

He has carved out an exemplary reputation which is testament to his expertise and hard work. He will very much enhance our Farm and Country Estate agency service and will undoubtedly prove of great benefit to our clients and member offices alike.”
