O’Donnellan & Joyce to host the west of Ireland's largest property auction

O’Donnellan & Joyce will hold the largest property auction held in the west of Ireland on May 17 in the Harbour Hotel, Galway, when 34 properties will be placed for auction and must be sold.

The auction is expected to attract enormous local, national, and international interest. There is exceptionally good value on offer as all the 34 properties must be sold.

The properties are located throughout the western region with the majority being in Galway, along with a number in Mayo, Roscommon, Athlone, and Longford.

According to Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce, “this is the biggest auction ever held in the west of Ireland and there is tremendous variety and exceptional value on offer”. The houses will be open to the public throughout the marketing period prior to the auction and open viewings will be on Saturdays and Sundays to facilitate the enormous anticipated level of interest.
