O'Donnellan and Joyce prepare for first auction of 2012

Galway-based auctioneers O’Donnellan and Joyce will host their first auction of 2012 on Friday February 21^st.

Since holding their first auction this time last year, the company – who are 30 years in business in 2012 – have sold 73 out of 79 houses by public auction.
