Number of land sales recorded in Roscommon

Roscommon-based auctioneers Property Partners Earley have reported a number of land sales in recent weeks.

John Earley told the Roscommon People of a number of recent sales, including c. 40.75 acres at Cortober, Carrick-on-Shannon which sold for €400,000 at auction.

Other sales included c. 103 acres at Drumrayney, Athlone, 38 acres at Rathcroghan Tulsk and c. 10.5 acres at Creagh, Ballinasloe.

A number of other holdings of lands were sale agreed in a range of areas including Kiltoom, Lecarrow, Knockcroghery, Lisacul, Tulsk, Ballinamuck in Longford and Gurteen in Sligo.

Speaking to the Roscommon People, John Earley said that despite good recent results, demand was still continuing to outweigh supply.
