March has been something of a mixed month weather wise and you could have been forgiven for dreaming about a nice holiday on those mornings when rain, wind and even snow were pelting down.

Seodin, Dunlewey, Co Donegal

Killarney needs no introduction as a holiday destination and you could do worse than stay in Ballyhar if you plan to visit. The six bed country house boasts fantastic mountain views, including the famous Gap of Dunloe. Sitting on ¾ acre site, it is just six miles from Killarney and four miles from Kerry Airport. Amongst the attractions nearby including golfing, fishing, Muckross House and Ross Castle. It is also on the ring of Kerry meaning the likes of Dingle is easily accessed.

Dragon House, Dunster, Somerset, United Kingdom
Located 3.7 miles from the village of Dunster in Somerset, Dragon House is set over three floors, sleeping 22 people in eight bedrooms. There are several historic cities to visit including Arezzo 20km, Siena 40km and Florence 80km. Other more local places to visit are Monte San Savino 4km and Civitella.
