Any potential new owners of Westlife star Shane Filan’s mansion won’t inherit many mementos of its pop history — as the house has been stripped of fixtures and fittings.
The singer’s Sligo home features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, but few internal doors and light fittings.
Even radiators, bathroom suites, a fireplace and electrical fittings have been removed.
The house was put on the market for €990,000 this year after Shane (32), who earned a huge €10m fortune during his years in Westlife, lost it all in the property market crash.
He and his developer brother ended up with debts of €23 million.
The price tag is a far cry from the €4m it is believed to have cost Shane and his wife Gillian to build the home.
