New Year, New Office

Around this time of year you hear a lot about New Year, New Me. However, when it comes to the world of business how about New Year, New Office?

The right location for your business can be vital in helping you meet your goals. From being close to your customer base, to being in a location where your employees can maximise their potential, there are a wide variety of factors to determine when choosing where to base yourself.

That’s where a serviced office from Click Offices comes in. Like an AirBnB operator for office space, they filter through serviced offices in over 4,000 centres to give you live availability of what spaces suit your needs. You can then view the spaces you are interested in online, taking the hassle out of the process.

Click Offices understand the market and commercial terms better than anyone else. They help you determine what you need to suit your business and line-up a list of possible offices for you to base yourself in.

Once you've found a space you love, their advisors will help negotiate the best deal for you while they oversee the entire moving in process right up to the day you move in.

Click Offices is overseen by Shane Duffy, who has over 15 years experience in the market.

He told MyHome.ie that he and his team can find the right location for you no matter what your needs.

"We take the hassle out of the search process," he said.

"If you're looking for an office from one to two people up to 200 people we can find it for you on a short term basis anything from a month or two up to a few years."

It might seem a simple concept but Click Offices have catered for so many businesses at this stage that there are too many to list.

It's not only big business that they deal with. No matter what you can expect a good experience with their rating of 4.9 out of 5 on TrustPilot evidence of the satisfaction rating Click Offices provide.

"When you're with us we can pretty much find you whatever you need," said Shane.

"People come to us and say we're looking for a four person office so then we say what factors are driving you such as budget, style, location, demographics etc. No matter what the criteria we'll find you something. Especially with dealing with a lot of the smaller landlords out there, tenants can find their information on our website. You simply log on to the site, pick your area of interest and get a list of what is available.

"There's a lot of uncertainty out there with Brexit. People don't want to go into a 10-20 year lease.

"We had one company who started last January. We got an office for them for 10 people but now they're up to 200. We found them the first office, the second office and the third office. It's impossible to sign a lease if you're growing at that speed so that's why these companies use us because it gives them that flexibility.

"There's not a lease so it's very simple. It's like a membership to a gym almost.

"The contract length can be anywhere from three months. We deal with 60 serviced office operators in Dublin, for example. It's like hotels, you couldn't name them all and that's why Trivago and Booking.com work. We're like them," said Shane.

Another benefit for the client is that they can quickly determine what is included in their rental agreement.

"Everything is included, heat, electricity, water, rates. There are four things which may or may not be included which are access to meeting rooms, phones, broadband and beverage fee. They'll always be there but whether they're charged for or not depends on the location. Some have them included some don't."

With Click Offices, you can get an office that suits your needs while benefitting from up front and transparent costs.
