A new housing development, Ardkill Place located in Ballinagh, Co. Cavan are being sold from as low as €100,000! The development of 35 properties were built by Leatime Construction but the company went into receivership late last year.

Quoted in the paper, the agent selling the properties, David Reynolds of Gunne, said there has been "huge interest" in the properties and "it is all down to the price". He said he has never before seen properties at more affordable prices.
The houses are also just a five-minute drive from Cavan town.
