New Homes Fair in Cork

Anyone thinking of buying or interested in buying a new home in Cork should get themselves to the New Homes Fair in Cork City tomorrow.

This is the 3rd New Homes Fair that has taken place in Cork since last year and offers prospective buyers the chance to view the great bargains to be had within ... Cork City and County. Not only that, if you have any burning questions about the new homes,builders and developers will be on hand if you want to chat to them directly about their new housing developments.

CIF (Construction Industry Federation) and AIB will also be there providing information on all things related to purchasing a new home from mortgages and the application process to BER ratings and stamp duty.

The fair gets under way at 5pm tomorrow in the Imperial hotel and finishes up at 9pm. If you are seriously interest in buying a new home in Cork this show is definitely worth visit.
