NAMA has already funded the construction of two fast food restaurants which are due to open shortly with funding for both projects totalling €13 million.

It's expected that when the development by G&T Crampton is finished it will create 250 full time jobs at the centre.

A spokesman for NAMA declined to discuss individual projects but said that the agency was always willing to commit funds to support developments where that would enhance the value of the asset and ultimately return a greater amount of money to the taxpayer.
