MyHome.ie has created a new property tool which enables users to access information from the newly launched Property Price Register in a faster and easier way.
While the publication of actual sales prices on the Property Price Register on Sunday was broadly welcomed many visitors to the site pointed out that accessing the information was somewhat time consuming.
Within a matter of hours MyHome.ie had created a new user friendly property tool where the required information can be accessed five times more quickly than the official website.
Angela Keegan, MD of MyHome.ie said the website had recorded its busiest day ever on Monday – up 20% on the previous best day - as word spread quickly via social media about the new property tool.
“The launch of the Property Price Register is a very positive development for everyone in the property sector and we are delighted to present that data on MyHome.ie in a user
friendly way. All users have to do is click on the link and select a county and locality to find all the recent property sales in that area,” Keegan said.
You can access the new property tool at http://www.myhome.ie/priceregister
Earlier this year MyHome.ie launched its price change feature which allows users to track price changes on a property live as they happen or to check the history of price changes for any given property.
