A large selection of properties will be offered at the Munster Property Auction, which will take place on Wednesday May 7th in the Rochestown Park Hotel in Cork.
There has been strong pre-auction interest in the lots available with high viewing levels and enquiries.
According to Gerry Owens of the Munster Property Auction: "All properties have a realistic reserve price set so buyers can feel comfortable with bidding. We have significant interest already and it will be up to the market to decide on the eventual highest bid – but we do expect some excellent results on the night.
