Now eight months on and with no interested buyers Melissa Joan Hart has reduced the asking ... price by over half a million.

The property which is home to some luxury features such as a solar-powered salt water pool, spa, covered patio, maid's quarters, and a view LA city is now for sale at $2.7 million.
