Back in October 2008 Actress Melissa Joan Hart or maybe better known to some of you as Sabrina the Teenage Witch put her Spanish style house which is located in the Studio City area of Los Angeles up for sale for $3.25 million. Now eight months on and with no interested buyers Melissa Joan Hart has reduced the asking ... price by over half a million.

The property which is home to some luxury features such as a solar-powered salt water pool, spa, covered patio, maid's quarters, and a view LA city is now for sale at $2.7 million.
