Not only does the property come with a tennis court, an amazing pool, three separate guest houses (which are probably more like 3 mini houses!) two offices, a detached gym, library, and a garden cabana with game room but the property is also located in a secluded area of Malibu i.e. Serra Retreat & also comes with 2.75 acres which is completely landscaped including mature tress, a fruit orchard & organic gardens! Sounds kinda nice!
