The former home of developer Tom McFeely at Number 2 Ailesbury Road has been placed on the market by the National Asset Management Agency.
The 5,000 square foot property in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 has gone on the market for €3 million with Colliers International just 24 hours after the High Court rejected Mr McFeely’s bid to reverse the repossession of his home.
The property had been repossessed by NAMA in August 2012.
The home is located in one of the most sought after areas of Dublin. Coolbawn comprises a two storey over garden level residence set out over three floors.
