Local auctioneers EJ Mitchell and sons are guiding the sale at €10,000/ac.
Located 1.6km from Hospital town, the farm is all in grass and laid out in six fields.
Water is supplied by a private well from the River Mahore, which runs at the rear of the farm.

The farm will be sold at auction at the Community Hall, Hospital, at 3pm on Wednesday, March 27.
